It has recently been brought to our attention by more than one Valley Bank Customer that there is a SCAM going on. They recieved phone calls from someone claiming to be "from a law firm" threatening them to pay off their balances due with them or they will file criminal charges scaring the customer into giving out their account numbers. Never feel bullied into giving out information. Ask for their name, the name of their company and a phone number. Hang up, and report them.
Chances are, they will hang up way before you do. Stay safe!
